As we know, some animals are more equal than others. That's why Rep. Bill Janklow was only charged with 2nd degree manslaughter instead of first. (As one wit put it, "Don't worry, he'll have his own show on MSNBC within a year.")

What I find interesting is the possibility that, as their House margin narrows, the Repugs are going to see what their slash-and-burn tactics will bring.
